RTS is an aerospace company providing logistics services, engineering, repair and manufacturing support to electronic defense and communications systems.  Founded in 1992 with an initial staff of 2 people RTS, along with its sister division Romax Systems, has expanded with additional logistics, engineering and manufacturing personnel located in three locations of which the Chantilly, Virginia location serves as its new corporate headquarters. It has achieved a proven track record of delivering hard-to-find and out-of-production military parts to the world’s air defense community.

Key programs for which RTS has procurement and manufacturing experience include the Saudi C3 Air Defense Systems, the French Shahine Short Range Air Defense Systems, the Hawk Missile System, the US Navy Submarine Warfare Program, and several other military programs. As a small business, RTS provides its customers with the capabilities and the resources of a much larger firm by subcontracting manufacturing task to established companies with which RTS has a close working relationship.

RTS corporate headquarters and Logistics Management organization are located in Chantilly, Virginia, minutes from the Nation’s Capital. This group is a professionally staffed operation with modern office and warehousing facilities.  It provides logistics services such as procurement, materials management, shipment consolidation and freight forwarding to the global marketplace.

 

The ATE laboratory located in the RTS Camarillo, California facility, is equipped with two fully operation GenRad 1796 analog/digital test systems, calibration/text instrumentation and diagnostic software providing a complete repair capability for all components and sub-assemblies of the series 1796 functional test systems.  A large inventory of GenRad spares allows repair for circuit cards, modules, power supplies and electronic assemblies.

The engineering organization is located in Portland, Oregon. In partnership with local area engineering design companies, this department specializes in reverse engineering and redesigning obsolete and out-of-production components.
